The KCT will work closely with Head teachers and Governing bodies to strengthen leadership skills through concentrated work with all school staff

School Direct is an exciting new training route for top graduates, who want to be part of a school team from day one and you may be eligible for a bursary of up to £20,000 or a scholarship of £25,000 to support you while you train.
