THE CHALLENGES

Challenge 1 – Wall Ball

The Challenge: Try this co-ordination challenge! How many times can you throw the ball against a wall and catch it in 60 seconds? The form with the greatest overall number wins, but the individual with the best effort will gain bonus points.

Challenge 2 – Squat Jump

The Challenge: How many squat jumps can you perform in 60 seconds? Squat down so your knees are at 90 degrees and then jump up into the air and repeat.

Challenge 3 – Burpees

The Challenge: How many burpees can you complete in 60 seconds? Make sure you extend your legs back once you have lowered yourself to the ground.

Challenge 4 – Keepie Uppie

The Challenge: Try this football juggling challenge! The form with the greatest number of overall juggles wins, but the individual with the best effort will gain bonus points.

Challenge 5 – Objects in a Box

The Challenge: Place various objects 5m away from a box / container. How many objects can you run and put in the box in 60 seconds.

Challenge 6 –  Bottle Flip

The Challenge: Try this bottle flipping challenge! The form with the greatest overall number of bottle flips in 60 seconds wins, but the individual with the best effort will gain bonus points.

Challenge 7 –  Step Ups

The Challenge: Find a step / stair. How many times can you step up and down in 60 seconds. You must step up and down with one foot at a time – no jumping.

Challenge 8 –  Catch & Clap

How many times can you throw a ball up, clap once and catch it in 60 seconds. The ball must be thrown above your head. If you drop the ball, carry on counting your score from where you left off. If you don’t have a ball you could use a toilet roll or a pair of socks!

Challenge 9 – Tap Up Tennis

How many times can you tap up a tennis ball on a racket in 60 seconds? If the ball touches the floor, time continues but your score freezes until you start tapping again!

The Challenge: Push yourself to the limit! How many press-ups can you complete in 60 seconds? The form with the greatest overall number wins, but the individual with the most push-ups will gain bonus points.
