Newquay Tretherras commemorated the 11th hour by playing The Last Post from the roof top of The Quay building. The solo trumpet call was played by Sixth Form student Sam Millington.
Students across the school were able to hear the infantry call whilst they observed a two-minute silence.
Newquay Tretherras students who are members of the Cadets and Scouts were present in full uniform.
