SORT is Tretherras’ whole school revision strategy. To revise effectively, students need to Summarise their learning by condensing and transforming their notes, Organise their learning using Personal Learning Checklists, practise Recalling their learning and finally Test Themselves to check that they are able to apply their learning to questions, prior to their assessments. To support your child with their upcoming assessments, copies of all the Personal Learning Checklists (PLCs) for each subject can be found in the Revision Resources area of SharePoint. These PLCs outline the essential knowledge students need to revise using SORT, in order for them to achieve highly in these assessments. No login required.
