If you are living with your abuser and the abuse starts to get worse, more dangerous or harmful, do not take any chances. Here are some tips to staying safe.

Support in your area
You can walk into a local BOOTS pharmacy and ask for ‘ANI’ ( Say, “I’m asking for Annie”) or ask to access their ‘Safe Spaces’ where you will get support with domestic abuse. There will be a trained member of staff.
You can also download and access the Bright Sky app safely. This will give you access to a directory of support agencies and help lines.

These offer medical, practical and emotional support. They have specially trained NHS doctors, nurses and support workers to care for you. A referral form for yourself or someone known to you is available.
