The Newquay Tretherras Year 7 football teams got their season underway with two well contested games against Penrice on Tuesday evening.

After the disappointment of last weeks postponed fixtures against Treviglas Academy, the Newquay Tretherras players were excited about the prospect of representing their school. Their enthusiasm and positive attitudes contributed to two really good, hard fought sporting performances.

The teams are now looking forward to what is an action packed fixture list starting with a game away to Poltair School on Tuesday 4th February.
