During National Careers Week there were a variety of different activities going on at Newquay Tretherras, with apprenticeship workshops being one of the highlights.

The apprenticeship workshops, run by Cornwall College, offered a wide range of apprenticeships across eight different campuses.

Students were given information and advice, and then spent time looking at career planning & job match quizzes on-line and accessing the different apprenticeship websites.

Students in Year 10 said that they found these workshops really useful in helping them to decide their next steps.
