The Year 9 Employability Skills Day on Friday 15th July gave Newquay Tretherras students the opportunity to work on their own employability skills with the support of local businesses and services.
Workshops throughout the morning helped students work on various personal skills, including planning, team management, mini-business activities, and customer service
Careers Lead Teacher at Newquay Tretherras Mrs S Henry commented ‘I would like to thank all the businesses and services who took part in our employability day. Our students got some great insights and developed some fantastic employability skills.
