We are holding a non-uniform day on the 30th November to raise funds for Movember. We are asking for a £1 donation form all students taking part.
Sixth form fixtures have taken place for both our netball and football teams and Wednesday afternoon sport remains a popular option for many students. The footballers are now involved in the league programme which runs until Easter, whilst the girls have a number of fixtures against other sixth forms and colleges to look forward to.
NTSport continues to deliver a varied and accessible set of Primary festivals. It has been great to see our NT Sports Leaders working so positively with younger students. Bright and early on Monday 29th October, 30 students from Newquay Tretherras departed school heading off for a week’s residential outdoor learning course on Dartmoor. The course was run by Spirit of Adventure and was based at Dewerstone Cottage a remote cottage on the south of the moor. Students were split into three teams and commenced differing adventures.
